I need an electric generator to produce about 0.35 volts for 2 seconds. The electric generator will be driven by a falling pendulum, so I need it to be very low friction. Does anyone know where I could get an electric motor or generator that would accomplish this?! Thanks for your help!!

How heavy is the pendulum and how far is it falling, and how fast is it moving?
Is it ok if the generator causes the pendulum to come to a complete stop after one swing?
How much current or power does this hypothetical generator have to generate?
Why only 0.35 volts? from your other questions, you really want several volts.
